Oooo, know how you feel! Sometimes the docs will recommend birth control pills as a way to regulate the mood swings of PMS, but yours sounds more like the other (more intense type of) premenstrual condition, who's name I cannot remember right now. I know when my Effexor wasn't enough, the doc added Welbutrin to my roster and it made a HUGE difference - might be helpful for you? Totally understand using depression as fuel for creativity; used to worry that if I ever "got happy," I would lose all creative capacity. Luckily, that didn't happen. :) You're NOT a whiney bitch; you are suffering from legitimate medical conditions which require as much respect and treatment, just like any other illness. No one would ever think to tell a diabetic to "get over" their body not producing enough insulin! *Hugs* Be kind to yourself, okay Zenny?
