a high school meme...

1. Who was your best friend? diane, we met in the third grade when i was new to the neighborhood. we still talk even though we live in different states. we've been friends for 34 years!!!

2.What sports did you play? the only sport i was ever any good at was swimming and we didn't have swimming in high school. i was in the marching band, played flute. (and one time at band camp) *grin*

3. What kind of car did you drive? i never drove in high school. passed my test to get my permit, but my dad so traumatized me when he was teaching me to drive, i refused to learn! waited til i was 27 to get my license!!!

4. It�s Friday night. at the football game playing in the marching band.

5. Were you a party animal? nope, i was a goody-goody!

6. Were you considered a flirt? somewhat.

7. Ever skip school? yep.

8. Ever smoke? not in high school.

9. Were you a nerd? no, but i was what would be considered today a geek i suppose...i had lots of friends but i still did well in school and loved to read! books were my salvation!

10. Did you get suspended/expelled? nope.

11. Can you sing the Alma Mater? i remember the first line!

12. Who was your favorite teacher? mr. yoak, my humanities teacher. we had an awesome planetarium in our high school and he'd take us in there and blast rush, kansas, styx on the stereo while we laid back on the benches staring at the stars...then the next day in class we wrote about it.

13. Favorite class? humanities and english.

16. If you could go back and do it over again, would you? hell no!

17. What do you remember most about graduation? nothing, i didn't go. i was in the hospital and they mailed me my diploma.

18. Were you 18? nope, i was 17.

19. Favorite memory of your Senior year? i was in the hospital almost my entire senior year due to anorexia. i had tutors and was still able to graduate with my class.

20. Were you ever posted up on the Senior Wall? don't know what a senior wall is.

21. Did you have a job your senior year? nope.

22. Who did you date? during sophomore and junior year i dated a boy named steve. he was two years older than i and during my junior year he was away at college. i kind of liked it that way!

23. Where did you go most often for lunch? wherever i didn't have to eat (anorexic remember).

24. What did you do after graduation? i was in the hospital so didn't go anywhere.

25. When did you graduate? 1982
